I was treated at Total Health Associates for muscular problems over the course of 4 months, during which time I gained a great deal of insight into my condition and how to ameliorate it. I was seen primarily by physical therapist Jennifer Collard, who is fantastic: professional and very friendly, and also extremely knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of practical advice that I have been able to incorporate into my everyday life, and as a result, not only am I better, I no longer need to receive regular treatment. The office itself is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is generally no wait when you schedule an appointment as they strictly adhere to session times. This is perhaps the only negative thing: if you miss an appointment or are unable to cancel ahead of time, you will be charged (insurance will not pay for this charge).

Best Chiropractor. I travel from South Jersey to Waldwick because the results I get are well worth it. Have tried many others – not the same.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Jones and his amazing crew at Total Health Chiropractic. Two years ago I was forced into early retirement by poor health. I was suffering from chronic pain, having to walk with a cane, I was taking six prescription drugs for varioius ailments and over twenty pills daily. My life was a misery. I went to my primary care physician, a rheumatologist, a pulmonary specialst, a neurologist, a dental specialist and a pain management clinic just to name a few. Not one doctor offered a cause, or treatment other than drugs and had no mention of cures.

After much time, pain and money I started looking for alternative solutions. I was fortunate to find Dr. Jones. After two months of adjustments I am sleeping better solving three of my medical conditions and feel I have plenty of energy. I no longer need a cane to walk and can move with less stiffness and pain. In addition a persistent ear ache is gone after two years and four doctors who did not help.

I am taking one prescription medication, two pills per day, rather than twenty and I’m able to not always need others help. I can enjoy retirement to its fullist. I can not find the words to praise and thank Dr. Jones enough for all he has done for my health. I highly recommend his skills, knowledge and most especially the caring treatment I have received from Dr. Stephen Jones.

I busted up my shoulder (labral tear) lifting weights. My Orthopedic doctor told me the ultimate fix would be surgery but after four weeks of PT with Dr. Jones and Staff the pain was gone. I have chronic neck and back issues due to a severe accident years ago and if it were not for seeing Dr. Jones regularly I would truly be unable to function. He is legitimately my hero. I haven’t felt this great in months! Dr Jones spent the time to truly figure out what was causing my lower back pain and he explained it completely. After his adjustment I can now get in and out of the car, get up from a chair, and get out of the bed in the morning Pain Free! He truly cares about his patients and is amazingly gifted in Chiropractic care!

I first went to see Dr. Jones after an appointment with an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist and being told that my 16-month old son needed to get tubes in his ears.  Devin had had fluid in his ears for about four and a half months and I was told that his hearing was becoming affected.  I decided to take Devin to see Dr. Jones after hearing many positive stories about chiropractic work clearing children’s ears.  The most amazing part of my experience came just after the first adjustment.  My son Devin had only begun walking three weeks prior and I thought it was normal for him to be falling so much and to seem so unbalanced.  Dr Jones noticed it immediately and felt that his equilibrium was off.  Devin had his first adjustment that day and amazingly walked much more steadily from that moment on!  He wobbled much less and fell less frequently.  I was truly astonished!

We continued to visit a few times a week for the next 3-4 weeks, during which time I cancelled Devin’s surgical procedure.  I was a little anxious about cancelling, but really felt that he wasn’t going to need it.  After about one month of treatment, I had Devin’s ears checked and they were clear!  It is difficult to explain the wide range of emotion I felt: relief, joy, excitement, gratitude…

For about two months I was in pain from a pinched nerve in my C5 vertebra. I went to Dr. Jones and after 3 visits with him I was back to normal.

Dr. Jones is awesome, best chiropractor I ever went to. He helped me with my back and shoulder. He spends time trying to help you. I also use Stephanie for my PT and she is awesome she brought my shoulder back to life it’s amazing a couple weeks ago I can nearly lift my arm and now I’m back to normal.

I had never been to a chiropractor before but had constant pain in my lower back.  After fighting through my fear of chiropractic work, I began to see Dr. Jones in July of 2013 when the pain had spread to my neck and down my arm.  The pain was numbing and tingling radiating down my arm.

At my worst, I felt like I had a dead arm.  It affected my life so much, especially when I was doing what I loved the most – yoga.  I was not able to go into poses all the way and I would be in excruciating pain which caused me to get frustrated.  It also affected the little things in life such as writing or typing; the pain would just turn on and limit my abilities.

Since beginning my chiropractic care my movement is 100% better and the pain, numbness, and tingling has gone away.  Dr. Jones was able to make assessments about my condition through MRI’s and his treatments.  He discovered that the reason for all the pain was due to bulging discs on my cervical spine.  My yoga practice continues to improve because of the better movement and less pain that I endure during the class thanks to Dr. Jones’ knowledge and ability to fix the issue.

There are many benefits I have experienced besides pain relief since my chiropractic care has begun.  I feel much stronger and after diagnosing my specific problem I learned specific exercises I could do with my trainer.  These exercises helped me strengthen and rehabilitate the area that was weak and problematic.

My care in Dr. Jones’ office has been a great experience.  Dr. Jones and his staff are warm, friendly, and very caring about your every need.  I am always greeted with a smile by Taylore and Jacquie, I always look forward to my appointment.  Dr. Jones’ is very knowledgeable and truly is a “miracle worker”.  After finding out about my bulging discs, I was not sure that I was ever going to feel good again but with the great chiropractic care I received in this office I am feeling great again.

OMG! Where do I even begin to explain how wonderful this group is to me!!! They are like family and I love them all dearly. I’ve been coming to them religiously since September of 2015, after I experienced severe, chronic pain in my left shoulder and neck and my dr said to just take Advil and deal with it. Dr. Jones collaborated with Stephanie, the physical therapist, and Peter, the acupuncturist, and together we all decided on a plan of action to alleviate my pain. In April 2008, I suffered a back injury, with pain so severe I had to go to the emergency room. A few days later, I visited Dr. Steve for the first time. After a couple of weeks of adjustments and other treatments, incuding electrical stimulation, Dr. Steve told me that he wasn’t satisfied with my rate of progress and sent me for an MRI.

The MRI revealed a lot of damage to my lower back including worn, herniated discs, nerve damage and arthritis. With this information in hand, Dr. Steve recommended that I see an orthopedic surgeon. I respected the fact that Dr. Steve encouraged me to seek treatment elsewhere once he became aware of the specific damage to my spine. The orthopedic surgeon advised against surgery and told me that chiropractic care would be a necessary part of my treatment plan. I returned to Dr. Steve, he adjusted (no pun intended) his treatment plan for me and I began to improve.

My back will never be healed but the chiropractic treatments have increased my mobility, strength and helps lessen the chronic pain. Because of the work Dr. Steve and I have done together and the commitment we have both made to my recovery, not even a year later, I have been able to attend Yoga and Tai Chi classes and continue to work with Dr. Steve. He has always been truthful and supportive, which I appreciate. I have never doubted for a moment that he puts my best interests and care first. Chiropractic care will be a part of my lfe for the rest of my life, my only regret is that i didn’t start years earlier.
